Nutsof Brim 2.0
The Brim was developed with the specifications of those deployed to areas where cover from the natural elements is a luxury. It was also developed in response to some angry sergeant major who caught their JTACs wearing caps under their helmets as comfort item.
Some field jobs requires you to constantly maintain an positive identification on your objective. The natural elements plays a huge factor, especially when sun glare is strong and your sunglasses isn't just enough, or when you constantly have to wipe off the rainwater from your ballistic glasses.
No more tension headaches from wearing a baseball cap under your lid! Quickly hide your 🅱️rim from the command by simply disconnecting the NVG arm on your helmet.
Our second iteration of the 🅱️rim features two new open cuts designed to hold a pen, additional slits, and an improved shape that conforms better to the curvature of the helmet. The underside is now covered with 500D Cordura, addressing the exposed Tegris found in the first version.

Frequently asked questions
I want to add stuff to my previous order, what should I do?
Just place your second order and write in the notes the order number you want to combine with. We'll reimburse the difference for shipping if needed.
My gear is fraying and small strings are coming out, is it normal?
Yes, it is normal wear and tear.
Can Tegris be bent?
Yes, BUT you'll want to refer to the product's instructions. Some of our products are designed to be bent while others are not.
Does laminate material tear more easily than traditional nylon?
Laminate material is actually more resistant and tougher than your traditional 500D Cordura.
The laminate is manufactured by combining 500D Cordura to 1000 Cordura with a glue. This results in an extremely abrasion-resistant material.
It is because of this very material that we can create designs that could never have been possible with your traditional nylon.
The elastic material on my product has black string coming out. Is this normal?
That is normal wear and tear for elastic materials. It is only one of the few hundreds of elastic strings that composes the width of the material.
